Halloween-related events this weekend in and around the neighborhood:

Oktober Pumpkin Fest at Hanson’s Farm this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19 and 20. Take a hayride to the U-Pick Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze, and what’s left of the Sunflower Field. Food includes loaded baked potatoes hot dogs, ice cream, and homemade apple cider donuts. Plus beer and wine garden. Food and beverage tents 11 am to 4 pm. Live music noon to 2. Sat 10/19 9 am-6 pm, Sun 10/20 9 am-5:30 pm. $20 adults, $15 kids 6 to 12, under 5 free. Sugar pumpkin included with adult admission. https://www.hansonsfarmframingham.com/

Fall Fest at Russell’s Garden Center in Wayland this Sunday, Oct. 20, 397 Boston Post Road. Local food vendors, kid crafts, face painting, games, pumpkin decorating, meet adoptable dogs. Haunted Trolley Tour, Sunday Oct. 20, 2 to 6 pm, starting at Village Hall at the Framingham Centre Common. An annual Framingham History Center traditon. From the event listing: “Features real stories from the past and a chilling script by author James Parr. Our knowledgeable guides and talented re-enactors will whisk you away on a 17-stop adventure, where you’ll encounter witches, pirates, highwaymen, and eerie ghosts from Framingham’s haunted history. Fall FUNdraiser at the Framingham Quakers Meeting House for Jewish Family Services Welcoming the Stranger Fund to support migrant housing. 841 Edmands Road, Sunday, Oct 20, 2:30 to 6 pm featuring music open mic and activities for “kids of all ages.” And a shared supper for all - with pie! Suggested donation $25 per adult or “give as you are led.”
