I usually don’t post about city-wide races besides Mayor and At-Large City Council, but the mayor isn’t up this cycle and both our At-Large Councilors are running unopposed. So, in addition to our contested District 2 City Council race between Brandon Ward and Sean Silk, the only other competitive race on our ballot is for Library Trustees.
Mary Kate Feeney did a Q&A with Library Trustees candidates in her Ham’er newsletter today, which you can also read online.
There are eight people running for six positions: Incumbents Annabel Z. Dodd, Robert Marvin Dodd, and Janet L. Harrington as well as challengers Heather Klish (who served as an appointed trustee from 2019-2021), Mark J. Dugan, Cynthia Maclean, Julie Wolf, and Andrew Machkasov.
